ELH2K-Series – 8Pin LLSOP Transistor Coupler
The ELH2K-Series is the newest Member of Everlights Transistor Couplers. The 8Pin LLSOP Package achieves 14,2mm Clearance and 15,0mm Creepage. This couplers consist of a high speed photo detector based on the phototransistor optically coupled to an IR-LED. The ELH2K has realized the early switching characteristics by several kΩ resistance. This Type correspond to the transmission rate of 20kbps.
