FIR19-315C/L966/TR8 and FPD19-315C/L983/TR8 Series
Everlight present the new FIR Type for peak wavelength λP = 1300nm. The FIR 19-315C/L966/TR8 is an infrared emitting Diode in miniature 0603 SMD Package. The device is spectrally matched with silicon photodiode. In the below table you find the Cross-Reference to the matching Photodiode.
