Everlight Product Introduction
The Chip Scale Package is much smaller than general LED components, thus enable smaller board size, higher packing density, reduced storage space and finally smaller equipment to be obtained. CSP is defined as LED package with size equivalent to a LED Chip. Everlight CSP packages are in sizes of 0504, 0603, 0804 and 1005. Everlight offers 1-side emitter, 4-side emitter and 5-side emitter version. Also RGB Version in a 0804 package is available
